My journey started on the shop floor, managing retail teams and honing my ability to connect with customers. Over the years, I’ve taken on bigger challenges, from managing a multi-site estate to leading a compliance team where I created bold visions and delivered impactful strategies. Along the way, I’ve developed a knack for managing change and bringing clarity to even the most complex situations.

One of my greatest strengths is working with people from all walks of life, whether it’s chatting with customers, collaborating with teams, or presenting ideas to CEOs. I thrive on building strong relationships and bridging the gap between different perspectives to get things done.
